By joining and participating in ICE PREMIUM, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). If you do not accept these T&Cs, you are advised not to join or continue your membership.

3. Membership Eligibility and Conduct
Membership is granted to individuals who have subscribed to our paid plan and agree to uphold a standard of conduct that includes:

Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, and offensive behavior.
Prohibitions against sharing false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

5. Fees and Payment
Membership requires a monthly subscription fee, detailed upon registration. Fees may be revised and such changes will be communicated appropriately.
6. Emergency Services Dispatch
In emergencies, ICE PREMIUM may facilitate the dispatch of state or private emergency services based on the information provided by members. Access to private emergency services requires valid medical aid coverage. Members are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information they provide when emergency services are needed. ICE PREMIUM is not liable for the response time or effectiveness of the emergency services dispatched.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act), ensuring the highest standards of privacy and data protection. We commit to:
Safeguarding member data against unauthorized access and breaches.
Being transparent about the ways member data is collected, used, and shared.
Members are advised to be cautious when sharing personal information that could affect their privacy as per these T&Cs.
8. Group Administration and Membership Termination
Administrators reserve the right to modify group rules and to cancel or withdraw membership at their sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, non-conformance to group rules or these T&Cs. Members will be notified of such decisions where feasible.
